Apartments are listed as a…
T1 or T2, T3, T4, T5, etc.
A T3 is an apartment with 3 rooms and a bathroom.

Houses are listed as a…
F1 or F2, F3, F4, F5, etc.
A F2 is a house with 2 rooms and a bathroom.

Often you will see a property listing, stating the number of rooms ( Pieces ), this does not include the bathroom.
