Studio Apartments

A studio apartment is comprised of one main room with a separate bathroom. It is called a T1.  The main room is used as a sitting room cum bedroom and it will also have a small kitchen area. French studio apartments can range in size from 6 square metres to 40 square metres ( Living space, not including terraces etc ). Most studio apartments will have a balcony or “loggia” ( an enclosed balcony ) and some have private terrace’s or small gardens.

Most people who buy studio apartments use them for holidays and some rent them to tourists.
